I primarily work with founders, executives, and individuals transitioning their career into food. Packages start with 6 sessions to be used within 6 months.
Coaching comes in many shapes and sizes so, here are some examples of how I work with clients.
Have you been eyeing a career in food from the sidelines? Perhaps, you’ve been working in the corporate world and want to transition to startups or vice versa. In this program, I work with you to design the vision for the life you want. We’ll get to the bottom of your values, what gets you in flow, and unleashes your creativity. It’s an exploration in showing up more authentically to fully share your talents and work in alignment with your soul purpose.
In creating this blueprint, we also look at your personal life. Designing your next position includes incorporating life outside of work and how these different aspects interplay with each other. Everything counts in inventing the next chapter and clarifying your personal brand.

Being a Founder or any kind of leader is hard. It tends to be lonely at the top and it’s easy to get bogged down in the day-to-day. In our work, we will zoom out to look at the challenges you are facing and how to overcome them. Common themes include leadership style, communication, and navigating relationships.
If you are starting a new company, We’ll work on clarifying your vision, values, and leadership style. Culture eats strategy for breakfast and when a company is tiny, your leadership style sets the tone for how the company will evolve.
Many leaders remark that our coaching gives them a dedicated space to speak about what’s going on in the business without judgement. The answer of what to do often reveals itself in the process. Sometimes, a thought and accountability partner is all that’s needed to clear the path.

I work as a venture scout, connecting corporate innovation units to startups. That means I have reviewed a lot of pitch decks! If you are in the process of creating your deck or looking for feedback, we can set up 1-3 sessions to talk it through. We will focus on the deck’s story, your presentation style, and questions investors will want to know.
I also provide pitch coaching for accelerators, incubators, and other programs. This can include a keynote on ‘How to Pitch,’ providing feedback live at an event, 1:1 coaching sessions, and pitch conceptualization.
