This 1:1 coaching program is all about designing what’s next for you.
It’s about stepping into your greatness and living the life you’ve always wanted and know is possible for you.
How It Works
Over 8 sessions, we will work together in 3 areas:
Defining Your Vision
You will create a vision for your personal and professional life. This is all about dreaming big and tapping into what you really want.
Distilling Your Values
You will define what matters most to you to see how that informs every aspect of your decision-making.
Making It Happen
You will take steps to turn your vision into a reality. This is about making big and small shifts that put you in alignment with what you are creating.
My Story
In the last 12 years, I’ve only applied for 2 jobs. Every other opportunity I’ve created through network by being myself, following my curiosity, and asking for what I wanted.
This formula has empowered me to consistently work on causes I care about while making good money, traveling the world, and leveraging my zone of genius.
The secret to my success has been understanding the value I create, what I have to give, and owning that unapologetically.
In the process, I’ve had to get really honest with myself.
Honest about what I desire, giving voice to that, and then making decisions that put me in alignment with who I am becoming — not who I have been.
It’s required me to take risks, try new things, fail, and then try something else. Always with the notion that each experience is bringing me closer to what I want to do and who I want to be.
I share this because creating your career isn’t rocket science. If I can do it, you can definitely do it too, but you have to be willing to go there and do the work.
Creating You Career puts you in the position of being the artist of your life. It puts a blank canvas in front of you and asks, “What do you want to create with this one wild and precious life?”

Program Logistics
The coaching program includes:
- 1 x 90 Min. Discovery Call: We kick off our work together with a deep dive on your current situations. We also set goals and intentions for working together. Before we start, you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire, which will be the foundation for our work together.
- 7 x 60 Min. Sessions: This is where the magic happens. Through coaching and facilitated exercises, you will Create Your Career
- Voice message support via WhatsApp for anything that comes up in between.
